By using nationmoving.com(the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we are, and what we are not

Nation Moving is a lead-generation and referral service. We are not a moving company, motor carrier, or broker of transportation. We do not perform moves, take custody of goods, set or guarantee prices, or arrange transportation. We connect you with independent, licensed moving companies that do.

Estimates are not quotes

Cost ranges on the Site are informational estimates computed from a published rate model (crew handling by home size plus a per-mile transport cost by distance band). They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Your actual price is determined solely by the moving company you hire, after an inventory review. See our cost methodology.

Referrals and independent movers

Moving companies we refer are independent third parties. We require that carriers performing interstate moves hold active USDOT and FMCSA operating authority, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their services, pricing, conduct, or the outcome of your move. Your agreement for the move itself is between you and the moving company. Always verify a mover's credentials at fmcsa.dot.gov before you hire.

Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

If you submit the quote-request form and check the consent box, you provide prior express written consent to be contacted by Nation Movingand by the specific licensed moving companies you are matched with, at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, SMS/MMS text, and email. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message-and-data rates may apply and message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This one-to-one consent applies only to the movers you authorize.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for your own genuine move planning, and not to submit others' information without authorization, scrape or misuse the Site, or use it for unlawful purposes.

How we make money

Nation Moving is compensated by the moving companies we connect you with when you request quotes. This compensation does not change the estimates shown, which are calculated independently of any mover.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its estimates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nation Moving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, pricing, or services of any moving company. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Changes, governing law, and contact
